I have had positive experiences with IKEA in the past. So when I ordered a product that was too big for my car to handle, I didn't think twice about purchasing IKEA's delivery service. If you find yourself reading this review, its too late. Only the tired and broken end up here. I will add my story to the pile. XPOLogistics is the 3rd party which IKEA works with in my area. Anyone who would partner with such a horrible, inept company as XPO is clearly not worthy of a discerning consumers business. The details of my issue are similar to those expressed in these other reviews. Customer service does not exist. It isnt bad, because it isnt there. I will never spend another dime at IKEA. Anyone I know who wants a bed, I will go to home depot and slap a frame together for them. I will spare any friend or family member the torture of dealing with IKEA, if I can. At least if I can't make my appointment I will have the basic decency to reach out and communicate with someone who is expecting me. What a mess I have gotten myself into with IKEA and XPO...
