The North Carolina Job Service is an average company. The services they provide are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I have been using their job search platform for a few months now and I have had some success, but there is definitely room for improvement. The user interface is a bit outdated and not very intuitive. However, the customer support team is responsive and helpful.
