I've tried for OVER a month to get them to send me...

I've tried for OVER a month to get them to send me my tax form and have been REPEATEDLY lied to that it would be Emailed that day.

They love taking your money (especially if you are a disabled vet like me bc it's easy to get the VA to pay) but then they won't give you the time of day when you live 2 states away and need a document sent so you can file your taxes. Its obvious they only care about taking your money, disgusting customer service
