I had a mixed experience with Purple Wire (Pty) Ltd. While their website, purplewire.co.za, is easy to navigate and their customer support team was responsive, I encountered some issues with their product quality and delivery time. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected better overall service. I hope they can improve in these areas in the future.
