There is a big staff, but all of them are really unhelpful , and treat me indifferently since I saw the reviews it is not only me. This store hire unprofessional people . I got there with the purpose of make a big purchase.. but I got out of there without nothing... when I asked to a lady for help she send me to another lady in the front, when I got to the front all i saw was people from the staff talking. I thought someone was waiting for me there, but i was wrong. So I decided to ask for help , and when I call the attention to a lady ,and I said what I was looking for, the lady send me to look for it ,by myself.. I said REALLY!!!!.. such a horrible experience.. definitely I never go back there again. And keep doing my purchases at
ULTA ....
