Florida Bank Group is an average company. The services they offer are decent, but nothing exceptional. I have been a customer with them for a few years, and although I haven't had any major issues, I haven't been wowed either. The website is user-friendly, and the customer support is helpful. However, there have been a couple of instances where the wait times on the phone were quite long. Overall, it is an average experience.
