It's similar to a cream cheese, and often has stuff mixed into it like vegetables, or in this case, sweet stuff. Some of the cheese is house-made from local animals. There is also a selection of local cheeses, spreads, and crackers so you can make a lovely picnic.
The building itself is LEED certified, with recycled pickle barrel staves covering the outside walls.
