My experience with Surplus Sales Line has been a mixed bag. While the website is easy to navigate and the selection is vast, the customer service has left much to be desired. It took several attempts to get a response to my queries, which was frustrating. However, once the issue was resolved, the delivery was prompt. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
