The instructors at Pilates experience are amazing! They are knowledgeable, approachable, and create a supportive environment. The studio is clean and well-equipped, and the classes are challenging but fun. I love the variety of exercises and the focus on proper form and technique. I can't recommend Pilates experience enough!
