I have been a customer of Gigabyte Technical Services, Llc, Delinquent May 1, 2011 for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they provide the necessary technical assistance, there have been times when the response time was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
