I decided to give the sleep mask from Zephyr Sleep Technologies a try, and I'm so glad I did. It has improved the quality of my sleep so much. The mask is comfortable, lightweight, and blocks out all light. The customer service was also excellent. They were very helpful in answering my questions and guiding me to the right product. Highly recommend!
