Bad customer service. It was impossible to get a quote. Even more difficult to obtain information on a direct channel to request it. Customer page 404. Emails that have bounced me from one contact to another to land on nothing. Contacted via fb they refer me to post-it Italy which refers me to guess what? to customer service. Come on ... I hadn't thought of that. 24/48 WORKING hours to get an answer.
