I had an average experience with Cykelbolaget Stockholm AB. The customer service was okay, but the staff could have been more attentive to my needs. The quality of the bike I purchased was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I think there are better bike shops out there, but Cykelbolaget is still a decent option.
