I had a pretty average experience with Medien verkauf & service gmbh. The website mvs-bremen.de was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be mediocre. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and it seemed like they were just going through the motions. Overall, I would say my experience was just okay.
