I recently moved into a property managed by Capitol Beach Community Associates, and so far, my experience has been great. The leasing process was smooth, and the staff was attentive and helpful throughout. The apartment itself is in excellent condition, and any maintenance requests I've had were promptly addressed. The location of the community is also fantastic, with easy access to shopping centers and entertainment options.
