The staff seemed disengaged and unhelpful, and I had to repeatedly reach out for updates on my order. The installation process was also lacking, with some minor issues that needed to be rectified. Although the end result was decent, I expected a better level of customer service and attention to detail. While I may consider Allied Glass, Inc. for future projects, I would also explore other options.
