Arguably THE worst gp practice in the UK. Both wife and I have consistently had TOTAL NIGHTMARES on 3 or 4 separate occasions. Ranging from Reception to the actual doctors they quite simply are doing the NHS a disservice. There is one competent male receptionist who is fantastic, but he has to waste his time apologising for the abject terror caused to patients by his colleagues mistakes. Please please can management start looking at these comments and reviews and either get new staff or at least fit cameras for a bbc documentary on Britain's NHS crisis.
