I stayed there for a week and the entire week the floor was soaking wet due to a leak from the ice maker I let the front desk know and they told me to call housekeeping when my refrigerator wasn't working I called to ask the front desk for help and they told me I needed to call housekeeping and get that fixed myself if I'm going to stay at a hotel or Casino I don't think I should have to call housekeeping myself when I call customer service at the front desk very poor service
