i deliver ltl with multi stops. this place g&c was stop 2 of 5. apt time 9:15am, the time is now 4:45pm and im still here waiting to get unloaded. because ive been here all day i've had to reschedule my next deliveries. both sysco and americold are charging me reschedule fees. there should be a way to charge g&c for those fees.
