I recently purchased a microwave from mi-telemetry.com and overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchase. The microwave works well and is fairly priced, however, I did face some issues with the delivery. The packaging was not as secure as I would have liked, which resulted in a minor dent on the microwave. Despite this inconvenience, the customer service promptly addressed my concerns and offered a partial refund. While there were some hiccups along the way, the team's responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue left me with a fairly positive impression.
