Too many people are let in at each time. It is crampt and ruins the experience for everyone but especially children as other kids and their parents are pushing each other out the way and blocking the view to see the exhibits. We didn't even bother with the underwater tunnel as there was a ten minute backlog of people waiting. We went on a Saturday at about 2PM, avoid this time at all costs and get there as early as you can.
