I have been a customer of Insurance 4 Less for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they provide all the necessary coverage, I have found their customer support to be lacking at times. There have been instances where it took them a long time to process my claims and their response time to my queries was also quite slow. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
