I have mixed feelings about my experience with MyDearest. While the VR headset itself was impressive, I found the customer service to be lacking. There were delays in shipping and it took multiple follow-ups to get a response. However, once I received the headset, I was happy with the product. The VR experience was immersive and the visuals were impressive. Overall, it was a decent experience.
