I have been a customer of the Human Capital Management Institute for several years now, and I must say that their services are simply average. While they do provide some valuable resources and tools for managing human capital in an organization, I often find myself searching for more in-depth and practical advice. The online courses offered by HCM Institute are mediocre at best, and the customer support is hit or miss. Overall, I would say that there is room for improvement in terms of the content, delivery, and value-for-money aspect of their offerings.
