I had an average experience with the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt that the organization lacked clear direction and focus. It seemed like they were trying to do too many things at once without really excelling in any particular area. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I was hoping for more.
