I had a very average experience with Binding minds inc. Their website binding-minds.com was easy to navigate, but the overall service was lacking. The customer support was slow to respond and it felt like my concerns were not being addressed properly. I expected better considering the reputation of the company. Hopefully, they work on improving their services in the future.
