On May 10th 2021 I met with Alex Sky and Dana (manager) to look at a 2012 BMW 328i convertible. Alex sat me down in his office upon my arrival and gave me a thorough breifing on the history/quality of the BMW. I was very impressed with Alex knowledge and delivery. We then went for a test drive. Alex gave me a complete rundown on every feature in/on the car.
Alex even arranged for me to take the car to my mechanic on May 11th.
Dana was very accomodating, calm, direct. Being ex-military, USAF, I appreciated his demeanor/candor. As a sales person for the last 30 years, I can say without question, I will refer my friends/colleagues to Alex. He is a top notch professional, who has his customers best interest at heart. Alex is honest, professional, caring.
