I ve never worked with a recruiting agency before, and like you I was very skeptical- which is probably why you re here. To see what others really experienced!

-prep before interviews (thorough briefings of the company at hand, complete with helpful links and tips)
-an open dialog, I was never afraid to be honest with my recruiter. Didn t like the vibe the company? No hard feelings!

What you won t get:
-pressure to go on interviews you don t want to
-someone telling you what you want to hear-they are very transparent on job descriptions and the overall demand of potential roles
-made to feel that you are just a body to fill a role walking around with a $ on your back
