We went to take photos of this historic powerhouse ...
In November 2017 the works were on the end, so they did not spoil the view too much.
We got there from Victoria station, in 3 bus stops.
We then left using the river shuttle which has had a dedicated stop for this place for a few months, I believe. A swipe of the Oyster card and paf, direction London center.
