I had a mixed experience with Vautec. Overall, the quality of their products is average. The customer service was responsive and helpful. However, I found their website to be a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. The shipping was prompt, but the packaging could have been better. Taking everything into consideration, I would rate Vautec as average.
