I bought a pair of figure skates from this company and I must say they are of decent quality. The skates fit well and are comfortable to wear. The customer service was also satisfactory. However, I did face some issues with the delivery, which caused a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would rate my experience with Jackson Ultima as average.
