I have been a customer of Groupe mk for a few months now and I must say their service is average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I have encountered a few issues with their customer support team. The response time is a bit slow, and sometimes they don't provide clear solutions to the problems. Despite this, I think Groupe mk is a decent company overall.
