I have been a customer of AIC for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. They provide the basic insurance coverage that I need but there's nothing exceptional about their offerings. The rates are reasonable and the claims process is straightforward. However, I wish they would offer more personalized options and better customer support. Overall, an average insurance company.
