I recently had the opportunity to use the services of a wedding planning company, and while my experience with this company was not exceptional, it was also not disappointing. The team was responsive to my inquiries, although at times I felt their responses lacked the personal touch that could have made the whole process more enjoyable. The selection of wedding packages was decent, but I did find that some elements were a bit generic and lacked the wow factor I was hoping for.
