I recently used this company for my move, and I have to say it was an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. The movers arrived on time, but I felt like they could have been more careful with my belongings. Although nothing was damaged, some of my items had minor scratches and dents. The movers also seemed a bit rushed, which made me feel slightly uneasy. On the positive side, the prices were reasonable and the customer service was decent. They responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and were polite throughout the process. However, I expected a bit more professionalism and attention to detail. In the end, they got the job done, but I expected a smoother and more seamless experience. Overall, an average moving company.
