Dreadful customer service, keep referring to a non existent portal, sent around the houses since april last yr to cancel a phone line for a deceased person. Confirmed cancellation in august and now being bombarded with pre legal emails to pay. Spoke to the team and they confirmed nothing to pay....stop hassling elderly people, you are scaring them into paying for something.
