I have bought many books in Laie, so far without problems. It turns out that I got confused in a title and wanted to give it back (the book was sealed with cellophane).
I have made a voucher that expires after 3 months ... I did not pay with vouchers and my money does not expire. I protested and they did not pay any attention to me. They have lost a client.
