I recently ordered some electronics from this company and I found their customer service to be quite satisfactory. The staff seemed knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions promptly. However, I did find that the shipping took longer than expected and the packaging was a bit flimsy, which resulted in some damage to the product. Overall, my experience with the company was average. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, but improvements could be made in terms of shipping efficiency and packaging quality.
