I recently worked with a real estate company to find a new home and decided to go with this one. The experience was alright, nothing exceptional but also not terrible. The website was easy to navigate and provided some useful information about available properties. The customer service was average, as the agents were responsive but didn't go above and beyond to make the process smoother. I found a suitable property, but the overall experience was just okay. I think there's definitely room for improvement in terms of personalizing the customer experience and providing better guidance throughout the home-buying process.
