As a customer, I found the website experience quite average. The layout and navigation were easy to use, but the lack of in-depth product information was disappointing. 😕 Additionally, the checkout process felt a bit outdated and could use some improvement. On the positive side, the customer service team was helpful when I had a question about my order. Overall, I had an okay experience, but I hope to see some updates to the website for a more seamless shopping experience in the future.
