I recently purchased some promotional products from this company and had a fairly average experience. While the website was easy to navigate and place an order, the products I received were just okay. The quality of the items wasn't as impressive as I had hoped for, and there were some issues with the printing on a couple of the products. The customer service was friendly, but it took a bit longer than expected to resolve the issues. Overall, I think the company has potential, but they could improve on their product quality and attention to detail.
