I recently started banking with this institution, and I've found their website to be very user-friendly and informative. The online banking tools are easy to navigate, making it convenient to manage my accounts from home. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. The representatives I spoke with seemed rushed and not very attentive. Additionally, I had some issues with online transfers, and it took longer than expected to resolve them. Overall, it's an average experience for me. I appreciate the convenience of the website, but the customer service could use some improvement.
