Activision Blizzard is an average company. I have been working here for a few years and while there are some good things about the company, there are also many areas that could be improved. The work environment is decent, but the lack of communication and transparency from upper management can be frustrating. Overall, it's an okay place to work, but there are definitely better options out there.
