Okay. I have been coming here for more than half my life. While the food has remained consistent the customer service gets worse with every visit. I'm not usually one to write reviews but after tonight I couldn't not say anything. After waiting for 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge me (I had already ordered over the phone and there was only one other person there) I got my order and it was wrong. I had ordered a plain cheeseburger and it wasn't plain, so I let them know and the kid at the register sent it back. The girl working in the kitchen scraped the lettuce and fry sauce into the garbage, put it back together, and handed it back to me. Did she think I wouldn't notice? Because there was still a ton of fry sauce and lettuce on it. When I sent it back again she looked at me like I was crazy and the other girl working in the back with her started laughing. I love the food here but tonight made me never want to go back.
