Excellent Events' attention to detail is fantastic. In preparation for our event, the CEO, as well as the head chef and numerous other members of his team, jumped on a Zoom call with my uncle, my sister and me to plan out all of the party details from start to finish. They asked us very detailed questions and provided insightful suggestions to make sure our event was everything we wanted it to be. Roger and I exchanged emails a handful of times leading up to the event to share more ideas and confirm the event timeline (I sent him pictures from Pinterest, and his team totally ran with it). The day of the event execution went off flawlessly. The staff working the party was extremely friendly, accommodating and professional. Our bartender in particular was fantastic. This happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the staff was very respectful by distancing appropriately and wearing masks at all times. My family was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism.
