I recently had the opportunity to work with this communications company and I must say I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, their website design was visually appealing and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through their services. However, I found the overall customer service to be average. I had to reach out multiple times for assistance and it took longer than expected to get a response. The communication itself was satisfactory, but I anticipated a quicker resolution. In terms of the quality of their services, I felt it was average as well. While they provided the basic functionalities I needed, I was hoping for more innovative solutions.
