Just if they knew how to treat people that work for them. Training is ok. If you volunteer, expect to stay in a shelter wherever you go. I tried to help a full time employee that went to California, didn't have creditals I needed to get volunteers deployed prior to that person leaving. Everytime I had a appointment, I got there just to find out that no one was there or would be there. Although that full time person was great when they was there. Don't even try to take any problems up the ladder, it will get nowhere. I just gave up volunteering.
