I had an okay experience with Prospects Ukraine. The staff was helpful to some extent, but at times I felt like they were not fully committed. The website studyinukraine.gov.ua lacked some important information, and I had to search elsewhere for it. They assisted me with the application process, but I expected more personalized guidance. I would recommend them with reservations.
