Just go to Planned Parenthood! I went here because it was closer, big mistake. I had a noon appointment, I didn t get seen until 3pm. No apology or explanation for why they made me wait 3 hours. There were other people who waited over four hours. I would have appreciated if I was forewarned about their inability to keep appointments prior to showing up, I would have gladly shown up later if they were running behind. I paid out of pocket, I was told this large sum and would cover the initial appointment and follow up appointment. The follow up appointment was a joke, I don t know why I even bothered, I could have just gone to my primary care provider, but at least they were only running an hour late with an empty waiting room. Then they randomly charged me another $25 for a copay, despite being explicitly told that the first payment covered my follow up appointment, I even wrote it down when I made the appointment. I have never seen a healthcare office run so poorly and they were so unprofessional, others were borderline rude. As a healthcare provider, I am astonished that this place is still in operation. Please, for the love of God, go somewhere else.
