If you're looking at completing your degree online...

If you're looking at completing your degree online, skip getting the "Integrative Leadership" which used to be called the "interdisciplinary Studies degree"...it has nearly zero value in the real world. I've had it for three years and my Associates degree has earned me more value then this degree ever will. If all you want is to be able to do is say you have a bachelor s degree without regard to being able to use it this is the degree for you. If your current employer just wants you to have a bachelors, because it makes them or you feel good this is it. I d get a refund if it were possible.

I minored in business administration, and if it weren t for that .I don t even know what real-world value this degree offers

College is mostly a joke, you spend the first 2 years taking gen eds, most of which you already learned in high school but don t get credit for because they don t want to miss out on making money off your back, or you re dealing with extreme liberal bias. The real classes don t start until year 3 or 4, at which point you ve already progressed to the point where you ve hit the point of no return in that program.

Honestly, most people are better off going to a technical school to start. If you make it through that, you can always transfer to a real college where you can be made to feel like you re smart.
